Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Zenith Cleanse website or engaging our services. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Zenith Cleanse provides a comprehensive range of professional cleaning services, including but not limited to:

  • Commercial Cleaning
  • Residential Deep Cleaning
  • Post-Construction Cleanup
  • Janitorial Services
  • Industrial Site Cleaning
  • Specialized Floor Care
  • Window Washing
  • Upholstery & Carpet Cleaning
  • Sanitation Services
  • Eco-Friendly Cleaning Solutions
  • Disinfection Services

Specific service details, scope of work, and pricing will be outlined in a separate service agreement or quote provided to the client.

3. Payment Terms

All service fees are presented in Nigerian Naira (NGN). Payment terms, including deposit requirements, due dates, and acceptable payment methods, will be specified in your individualized service agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in the agreement.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost. For recurring services, repeated cancellations without proper notice may lead to termination of the service agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure optimal service delivery, clients are expected to:

  • Provide access to the premises at the agreed-upon time.
  • Secure all valuables and sensitive items prior to the cleaning service.
  • Inform Zenith Cleanse of any specific instructions, delicate surfaces, or areas requiring special attention.
  • Ensure pets are secured or removed from the cleaning area for their safety and our team's efficiency.

6. Limitation of Liability

Zenith Cleanse strives to provide exceptional service. While we take utmost care, we shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (c) any content obtained from the Service; and (d) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
